Adolescence /Exploitation experience a must – Case holding role currently averaging 15 to 20 cases – Will reduce with new starters in the team
Social Workers, who can make a difference to young people who are at risk of entering care/homelessness, are vulnerable to exploitation, contextual risks and have experienced trauma, which has impacted on their physical and emotional wellbeing? Do you have the attributes to make a difference to young people aged 12-18? If so, come and join a dynamic and friendly, supportive team of Social Workers and practitioners, who want to make a difference for young people and their families.

The Team is part of an integrated service which means we are closely aligned with the Youth Justice Service (YJS) and exploitation services.

As a result of these close links, as a Social Worker you will be working alongside police officers, health workers, psychologists, education workers, substance misuse workers, as well as other Social Workers (of course!) and many others.
Hybrid - 3 days in the office/2 WFH

Sirona Medical will be supplying the Social Worker on an agency contract. 

This is a full time agency position. 

As a Social Worker, you must have a degree in Social Work, At least 1 year’s post qualifying experience as a social worker in Children’s Social Care or significant experience of work with young people prior to qualification if ASYE, Experience of working within a criminal justice field, Experience of working in a multi-agency setting, Experience of completing comprehensive assessments, plans and delivery of service underpinned by robust risk management planning, Social Work England Registation.
