Backlog of Care Act Assessment and Reviews -  18 to 25 year old - no case holding, Adults exp/mental capacity assessments
Hybrid with 20% in the office. Hybrid expecting to be in the office at least 2 days a week, to attend team meetings in person and to be in the office on duty days.

Sirona Medical will be providing the Social Worker on an agency contract. 

As a Social Worker, you must have a degree in Social Work, At least 1 year’s post qualifying experience as a social worker, Social Work England Registation.
