Complaints Resolution and Disrepair Manager

About The Role
We’re looking for a Complaints Resolution and Disrepair Manager who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving continuous improvement and living the ethos of #OneTeam.
We are a national supported housing provider and are geographically dispersed across England.
We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support and resettlement, and complaints handling is a key area of our work.

Disrepair claims are complex concern matters and require input from multiple teams such as property experts, legal advisers and our insurers to ensure they are brought to the necessary conclusion.
As part of the Management Team, you’ll be making key business decisions, responsible lead on developments within our housing management system to ensure procedure is followed and workflows are in place and embedded.

Ensuring high performance across a number of areas as we aim to deliver ever improving services to our residents and partners.
