Here's what you'll be doing:

• Leading proposal development processes
• Crafting persuasive proposals to strict deadlines
• Conducting research to strengthen proposals
• Integrating feedback from stakeholders
• Building positive client relationships
• Collaborating with cross-functional proposal teams

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communications, Law or another writing-based degree
• Some previous proposal writing experience is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Skills to synthesise complex information
• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
