Client Relationship/ Account Manager

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Account Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining and developing relationships with clients across the UK.

This position requires regular travel to engage with ongoing and potential clients and attend industry relevant conferences and team meetings.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Cultivating and nurturing client relationships to understand their challenges and priorities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver bespoke solutions that align with client goals.
  • Managing and overseeing procurement consultancy projects, options appraisals, and value for money reviews.
  • Providing support in strategic asset management, business transformation, interim appointments, and training initiatives.
  • Utilising personality profiling assessments to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communications throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proven experience in account management within the public sector or related industries.
  • A degree to showcase your written communication and deadline management skills.
  • Strong understanding of procurement consultancy, asset management, and related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Project management capabilities to oversee diverse and complex projects.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret personality profiling assessments for enhanced team dynamics.
