Electrical Maintenance Engineer - High-End Residential / Commercial Offices - West Brompton - Up to £45,000
 
This exciting opportunity to work for a leading property management company situated in West Brompton.

I am currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer  to look after high-end / luxury residential and commercial properties in the West Brompton area working within a team. 
 
You will need to be electrically qualified and have an all round understanding of most trades, as well as having a proven track record in property / commercial building maintenance.

He or she will be required to attend a property and carry out all aspects of planned and reactive electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000, overtime and a great package.
 
Hours of work 

• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
• Overtime Available
• NO CALL OUT 

• Electrically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3
• A proven track record in commercial building or property maintenance
• Happy to cover a portfolio of high end properties
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly flexible and adaptable with hours, duties and travel
• Full driving license (In case you are required to use the company pool car)
• Committed to/looking for a long term role
• Electrical Installation experience (Minor works)
• Able to work to very high standards
• Basic knowledge of building regulations
• A thorough understanding of Health & Safety standards
• A professional approach with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality
• Strong time management, organisation and planning skills
• Oversee / Supervise specialist sub contractors
• Provide cover for colleagues in times of absence and on call assistance

• Experience working in a hotel 
• Experience working in a high end residential property 
• A recognised trade qualifications (Not Electrical) - City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent 
• Any security or CRB/DBS clearance
