Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Waterloo, London - £33,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Waterloo, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a mixed-use commercial building near Waterloo, London.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site (4 Person Team).

This person will be working closely with a senior member of the team and the team on-site to gain experience and training of building services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.

• Monday to Friday – 07:00 am to 16:00 pm/ 08:00 am to 17:00 pm/ 09:00 am to 18:00 pm

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests 
• Plant room maintenance
• Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
