CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract covering Bath and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.



This position would be ideal for a maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is looking for a more local role.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £34,536 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities.

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks 
• Unblocking Toilets 
• Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
• Pipework inspections and repairs
• Minor installation works 
• Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
• Flexible in helping other trades on site 
• Planned and reactive works 

• Basic Salary of up to £34,536
• Call out
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
