Mobile Electrical Engineer

Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Commercial  Portfolio - Dover - Up to £42,000 - £45,000

CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial portfolio around the Dover area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance, will work in a number of commercial contracts based in Dover In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.

 

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week

• Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
• Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance 
• Work as part of a team utilising other skills as required.
• AHU / FCU / HVAC Maintenance 
• PPM and reactive Maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabrics
• PAT testing
• General Building Maintenance 
• Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000
• Overtime available (1.5x in the week, 2x Saturday & Sunday)
• In house training 

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Equivalent 
• Testing & Inspection 2391 (Essential)
• 17th or 18th Edition
• A good knowledge of electrical services
• Sound level of administration and organisational skills
• General Building Maintenance
• Multi-Skilled
• Work overtime when required
• Mechanical experience desirable
