Day shift Mechanical Engineer

Day Shift Mechanical Engineer – FM Service Provider  - Tourist Attraction - South West London - Up to £43,000

CBW is currently recruiting for a Day Shift Mechanical Engineer to cover a large tourist attraction located in South West London.

The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

In return, the company is paying a competitive salary of up to £43,000, further training and career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Experience working with hot water systems/ heating systems
• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
• AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
• Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
• Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
• Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing,
• Water pressurization units
• Calorifiers – annual inspection, de-scaling
• Cooling towers
• Boilers – re-sets
• Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults

• 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off, 07:00 am to 19:00pm/ 10:00 am to 22:00 pm
• £43,000 per annum

• Mechanically qualified to Level 2 or equivalent
• Air Conditioning & Refrigeration C&G (Highly desirable - Not essential)
