CBW has a new opportunity for a commercial gas engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis.

This will be on a mobile basis covering the Newcastle area on a single contract.

You must have commercial building maintenance experience and a full clean driving license.

In exchange you will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday) and a company van.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas and air conditioning 
• Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties 
• Mechanical maintenance of AC systems 
• Self delivery of smaller installations 
• Electrical wiring of commercial boilers
• General plumbing duties on site
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. 

• Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
• Ideally hold your 18th ed
• Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
• Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
• Building services knowledge 

• Basic of up to £37,000
• 25 days plus bank 
• Company van/fuel card
• Company pension
