Mobile Electrical Engineer-Castle Donington-Up to £41,000

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a leading facilities company on a permanent basis.

This role will be covering sites in the Derby/Leicester area with the ideal candidate being situated in Castle Donington.

This role comes with company van and you must have relevant FM experience.

In return you will get 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday) and a basic salary of up to £41,000! Below are more details on this position:

Hours:

Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

Key responsibilities: 

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor 
• Maintain and update log books

• Level 3 and 18th Edition qualified
• Must be experienced in critical/building services engineering
• Some Mechanical knowledge would be preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work on own initiative

• Salary of £41,000 DOE
• 25 days plus bank
