An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in the Watford has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical engineer to be based on a pharmaceutical contract located in Watford.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical or mechanical building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm
• Plenty of Overtime available
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Standby on Call rota 
• Gym Flex 
• Cycle to work 

• Electrical qualified (C&G, NVQ etc) - Level 2 and 3 qualified 
• HV Authorised (Essential) 
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills.
• Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV
• Good Leadership & Management skills
• Previous experience in a Critical environment (Desirable)
• Previous experience in a corporate environment (Desirable)
