Location: Hybrid - 2 days office (Wilmslow), 3 days from home.
Salary: £23,500.00

The role:
Reporting to one of the Employment Law Team Managers, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to support the Employment Law Team with the coordination and allocation of their work.

Working as part of our EL & HR team, you will be surrounded by highly experienced HR consultants and employment law solicitors to learn from so you will learn more with us in one year than you will in five years somewhere else!

The role has a hybrid working pattern and you would be expected to attend the Wilmslow head office twice weekly.

Client work

, Allocating case and call work in a timely manner to the HR Consultants, Solicitors and Advisors within the Employment Law Team
, Being able to investigate on Salesforce and identify which client's emails have come from
, Being able to identify where an email may be linked to an existing case and merging this appropriately
, Supporting with the allocation of HR document work to our HR Field team
, Liaising with other departments to ensure data protection is complied with at all times
, Liaising with people who are unable to receive HR advice via email
, Assisting the wider ELHR team with administration and reporting
, Assisting in the processing of reports and getting exposure to complex HR meetings through minute-taking.

, You will have experience in an administration role
, You will have experience working with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
, You will have basic knowledge of HR & Employment Law, we will support you with the rest!
, Tact, diplomacy, an eye for detail and excellent written communication skills are essential
, You will enrich and contribute to our culture demonstrating that you are living Citation values in practice, whilst being self-motivated and working as part of a team.
, To work on additional duties and/or project work as required by the business.

, To attend all internal training meetings and conferences
