Caseload - This cannot be numerically quantified as cases have different levels of complexity but caseloads are viewed by staff to be manageable and are carefully monitored.
Candidates are welcome to discuss more at interview Whilst we only require around 6 days a month in the office, we do not do the bulk our assessment work virtually, we expect social workers to meet in person with families.
This means that it will be required that they can be in the Northamptonshire area to do visits with families regularly.
