We’re looking for someone to join our team working on low carbon mine water heat schemes this is a key part of delivering net zero and energy security in coalfield communities.

- Managing documents and coordinating communications
- Helping the team stay organised and informed
- Contributing to a collaborative and inclusive working culture

About The Role
What you’ll do in this role
You’ll provide essential support to the department head and wider team, helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating travel bookings and site visits
- Planning and supporting events
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Managing emails and scheduling meetings
- Communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders
While much of your work will be desk-based, you’ll also have opportunities to visit our innovative mine water heat project sites and contribute to events and meetings.
