Join a skilled 2-man team maintaining a large and complex building where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planned & reactive electrical maintenance
  
  
• Emergency lighting & control panel fault-finding
  
  
• Small installations & lighting replacements
  
  
• Monitoring BMS systems (hot/cold)
  
  
• Water flushing, temperature checks, fire damper inspections
  
  
• Pumps, motors, boosted water systems
  
  
• PPMs, sub-contractor management, permit to work
  
  
• Fabric & basic plumbing (e.g.
  
  unblocking toilets)
  
  
• Logbook maintenance & client interaction
  
  

• Electrical qualifications – Level 3 + 18th Edition
  
  
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance
  
  
• Multi-skilled with a hands-on attitude
  
  
• Job Logic experience desirable
  
  
• Excellent communication & client-facing skills
  
  
• Must provide valid trade certificates
  
  

• Up to £48,000 basic salary
