For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:

• £13.11 per hour starting salary
• Day shifts 7am -6pm Monday - Thursday
• Temp to Perm position
• Career development in a family run business

The role –Machine Operative :

• Manufacturing pallets & wood products using automated & semi-automated machinery.
• Ensure that you work at an optimum level to maximize output whilst complying with customer standards and design specifications.
• Operating a machine 
• Quality checking
• Following health & safety guidelines within the workplace
• Working in a fast paced production environment
• Meeting daily production targets to achieve customer expectations 

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative :

• Previous experience operating machinery - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience within the pallets manufacturing or wood products - BENEFICIAL 
• Demonstrable amount of experience in a Manufacturing role.
