Maintenance Operative - £12 per hour - permanent - 40 Hours Per Week - Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Operative required to support the GTR Operations Management Team, based out of Luton.

Using a company van you will be covering Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northwest London as well as covering holidays in the southern region of the business. 

Don't worry about your commuting costs as a rail pass will be issued to cover your journey (subject to conditions).

What you'll do:

• Maintain the hedges through trimming
• Strim grassed areas / Weeding / leaf clearance
• Maintain and clean all signage including minor installations / minor works
• Ensure the site is clean, tidy and free of litter
• Maintaining the grounds and vegetation within the car parks and grounds.
• Travelling to different sites ensuring they are clear and free of debris and vegetation

• Good customer service skills
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements
• Good communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• A reliable and responsible attitude to work and proactive nature

• £11 per hour
• 40 hours per week: 5 days out of 7.
