Night Team Supervisor - Lambeth - 42.5 hours per week- 4 days of 7 - £32,663.10 per annum

The Role:
The role involves responsibility for overseeing a team of Night Civil Enforcement Officers.

You will conduct daily briefings to all officers prior to deployment ensuring they are fully aware of up to date client and management instructions and the conditions out on street.

You will be responsible for ensuring all requirements and instructions from the client are met including local Key Performance Indicators.

Most of your time will be spent out on-street managing and supporting the Night Team.

What will you do?

• Ensure the correct number of Night Civil Enforcement Officers are deployed as per agreed service levels and contractual requirements.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and attend client meetings where necessary
• Manage, review, monitor, supervise and direct staff according to contractual requirements including Key Performance Indicators
• Prepare reports as required by management 

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to organise, manage and motivate large numbers of colleagues
• IT skills - excel powerpoint etc 
• Ability to adapt, change and work independently on own initiative
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Experience of effective performance management.
• Familiarity with the Traffic Management Act (TMA 2004)
• Full UK Driving Licence
