The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a PSV Driver at Leeds Bradford Airport. PSV Drivers are expected To safely and professionally transfer customers between the car park and airport terminal as well as managing reception and the customer check in process.
All applicants will need a valid PSV license for this role. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers, checking in of customers, completion of all Valet documentation at Valet Front desk reception area and in the arrivals area of the car parkUtilisation of Pre-book IT systemsDealing with customer complaints and enquiriesMonitor all entries and exits and be proactive with shift planning using the P2T Booking system and associated reports.To maintain a standard of deportment and behaviour that will always represent the company in the best possible mannerTo report to the line manager any element of car park service that may compromise the level of service we wish to achieveAssisting customers with the loading of luggage onto the PSV vehicleEnsuring the PSV vehicle is cleaned and presentable for serviceEnsuring vehicle checks are completedCompletion of all PSV documentationTransporting passengers between the car park and airport terminalReporting of all vehicle defectsPhotographing of arriving vehiclesMoving customers car from arrivals to secure parking area and return when requiredPatrolling the car parks on foot looking for unattended bags, suspicious vehicles, suspicious persons, and to report all findingsLitter picking and bin changing and cleaning of customer and staff areasAnswering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer queriesTo complete report sheets or any other log sheets, in full and as instructed.What you'll bring:

The Role
SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced Group Financial Controller for a long established multi interest commercial company based in the thriving jurisdiction of Gibraltar.
As Group Financial Controller you will be professional yet charismatic, who will assume overall responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of all group accounts and financial records in relation to Gibraltar and related companies.
The role will involve providing the Board of Directors with timely accounting information, you will report directly to the Finance Director completing reports using BI data modelling and analysis.

What You Will Be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the finance teams for all Group companies to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
Ensure proper internal controls are maintained.
Introduce and manage periodic closing procedures (monthly/quarterly) including intercompany reconciliations (Gibraltar and related companies), compiling, and distributing KPI reports (Gibraltar and related companies).
Prepare periodic reports on financial performance and position for presentation to the board.
Monitor aged debt position across the group and drive cash collection.
Negotiate and manage the external audit process to ensure cost efficient and timely issue of audited financial statements.
Prepare annual statutory financial statements and statutory consolidation.
Prepare annual budgets and reforecasts for all Group companies.
Drive budgeting process for related companies.
Manage efficient cash flow and treasury functions, including strong relationships with bankers, merchant service and FX providers.
Prepare periodic management information reports as requested by the Groups bankers.
Manage senior finance team members, including recruitment where necessary.
Hold regular team meetings to identify challenges and solutions.
Identify and introduce process improvements and business results improvements.
Manage the implementation of a new accounting system.
Maintain the books and records of designated ancillary “shareholder” companies using QuickBooks
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles.
Experience of managing the external audit process.
Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications and the ability to manipulate, import and export data with different financial applications.
Expert skills in MS Excel (BI data modelling and analysis)
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality material within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
Ability to organise and manage effective group meetings.
Effective time management, ability to prioritise and willingness to work a demanding schedule to meet deadlines.
