Compliance Manager required for an expanding iGaming company based in Gibraltar.
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those set by the Gibraltar Gambling Authority and the UK Gambling Commission.

What You Will Be Doing
Develop and maintain the company's compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date with current regulations and best practices.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the company's compliance program, identifying any areas of improvement and implementing appropriate changes.
Provide guidance and support to other departments within the company to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Manage relationships with external auditors and regulators, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all compliance-related matters.
Work as a liaison with the Gibraltar & UK government crime authorities requiring information and reports on security incidents to include local police, GFIU, NCA, or other law enforcement agencies.
Keep up to date with changes in regulations and best practices, communicating relevant information to the wider team.
Ensure all marketing approvals are consistent across the group and meet the industry standards e.g.
ASA, CAP code and other regulations.
Liaison with other Customer Operations - KYC/Account Security to ensure compliance and regulatory matters are being upheld across the business.
Conducting background checks on potential suppliers to ensure they are reputable and trustworthy.
Providing recommendations for improving supplier due diligence processes and procedures.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Extensive Compliance experience within an iGaming environment including specific experience of working with UK & Gibraltar regulations and governing bodies.
Good understanding of AML/ASA/Gamcare Regulations as well as UK/Gibraltar Data Protection Acts.
Ideally hold a relevant professional Legal, Compliance or AML qualification.
Effective communicator, who is confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including senior business members, third parties, regulators and external auditors.
Able to design and deliver compliance related training materials.
Able to manage changing priorities as the needs of the Business, Regulators and Commission evolve.
High level of Integrity and able to demonstrate a fair, consistent, open and honest approach to work.
Able to interpret Guidance Notes and Regulations and be able to translate into Policy documents.

What You Will Be Doing
First point of contact and liaison for clients and work colleagues
Detailed and proactive email inbox management
Type correspondence and documents, prepare and send short holding, covering or similar letters on behalf of fee earners when required
Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of the fee earners' clients, work in progress and projects and be aware of priorities, potential issues and sensitivities.
Successfully establish relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
Participate in regular work planning with allocated fee earner(s) to review client work activities and requirements to meet all deadlines.
Immediately clarify instructions from fee earners should they be unclear or if deadlines are not made explicit
Manage diaries of allocated fee earner(s)
Organise extensive international travel, business trips & itineraries
Booking meetings, conference calls, events
Prepare papers, draft agendas for meetings and take minutes, as required
Audio & copy typing, photocopying, scanning, faxing of documents, preparation of trial bundles
Assist fee earners to coordinate, the end-to-end billing process

Italian speaking Compliance Executive required for an expanding online gaming company based in Gibraltar.
You will work alongside the International Compliance Manager to provide day-to-day support and guidance on all aspects of day to day compliance.

What You Will Be Doing
Driving and promoting a culture of compliance within the company

Must speak Italian.
Experience of working with regulators, licensing bodies and other third parties.
