They have three commercial maintenance contracts based in Central London and they are looking for a contract manager to manage the sites and provide technical expertise across the buildings. The main purpose of the job will be to ensure that the buildings are all maintained to a very high standard and the engineering team across the buildings is performing to the best of their ability. The Contract Manager will also be responsible to make sure that the building's PPMs are maintained to 100% completion and that all requests are responded to with a high level service. They will also be responsible for managing projects across all the buildings and also making sure P&L and budgets are managed correctly. Due to the multi-site nature of the role there will be the option to work from home as and when needed.
