You will be involved with the maintenance and minor works service covering a wide and varied range of mechanical equipment servicing large industrial units such as dual fired boilers and heating and ventilation distribution equipment. Con presencia internacional, acompaña a inversores y desarrolladores en todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto. El/la Ingeniero/a de Fiabilidad Eléctrica es responsable de garantizar el rendimiento óptimo, la seguridad y la durabilidad de la infraestructura eléctrica (incluyendo Balance of Plant, parques eólicos e instalaciones fotovoltaicas) de la flota en España.
Este puesto implica asegurar la fiabilidad, eficiencia y seguridad de los sistemas eléctricos, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares y participando en distintos proyectos desde su fase inicial hasta su finalización. Responsabilidades:- Gestión e implementación de proyectos:Gestionar y supervisar proyectos eléctricos, asegurando su finalización dentro del plazo, presupuesto y estándares requeridos.Coordinarse con otros departamentos internos, contratistas y partes interesadas para asegurar la correcta ejecución del proyecto.Realizar inspecciones en sitio y supervisar la instalación y pruebas de los sistemas eléctricos.Gestionar contratos y coordinar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo con proveedores eléctricos.- Pruebas y resolución de problemas:Realizar pruebas e inspecciones para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y la seguridad de los sistemas eléctricos.Poner en marcha sistemas eléctricos y resolver los problemas que surjan durante la fase de pruebas.Desarrollar e implementar procedimientos de mantenimiento y pruebas.Analizar resultados de pruebas para detectar anomalías, degradación o fallos incipientes y recomendar acciones correctivas.Liderar la resolución de problemas complejos, coordinando con los equipos de mantenimiento para garantizar una solución oportuna y mínima interrupción operativa.Utilizar herramientas y técnicas avanzadas como pruebas de resistencia de aislamiento, imágenes termográficas y análisis de calidad de energía.Documentar hallazgos, causas raíz y acciones correctivas para fomentar la mejora continua y la transferencia de conocimiento en toda la flota.- Cumplimiento normativo y documentación:Asegurar que todos los sistemas eléctricos y actividades de mantenimiento cumplan con la normativa española y europea vigente, así como con los estándares internos.Mantener documentación precisa y actualizada, incluyendo informes de inspección, resultados de pruebas, registros de mantenimiento y planos de ingeniería.Apoyar auditorías e inspecciones regulatorias proporcionando la documentación técnica requerida y evidencias de cumplimiento.Desarrollar y actualizar procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP), instrucciones de trabajo y guías de fiabilidad conforme a buenas prácticas y cambios regulatorios.Promover una cultura de cumplimiento y responsabilidad reforzando la adhesión a estándares de seguridad y calidad.Gestionar la relación institucional con los Distribuidores de Sistema (DSOs), el Operador del Sistema (REE) y el regulador eléctrico (CNMC).Requerimientos:Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería eléctrica o campo relacionado.Experiencia demostrada en implementación y mantenimiento de sistemas eléctricos.Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos eléctricos desde su concepción hasta su ejecución.Conocimiento de normas de seguridad, códigos y regulaciones en ingeniería eléctrica.Capacidad para interpretar y elaborar planos técnicos y especificaciones.Conocimiento de la normativa española y europea en materia de seguridad eléctrica.Sólido conocimiento de sistemas eléctricos, componentes y principios de diseño.Grado en Ingeniería Eléctrica o campo afín.
Se valora máster.Se valora altamente contar con licencia de Ingeniero/a Colegiado/a.Certificaciones relevantes en ingeniería eléctrica son una ventaja.Español fluido e inglés competente.Este puesto puede requerir viajes frecuentes a varios emplazamientos para inspecciones, mantenimiento y resolución de problemas.Dominio deseable de software de diseño eléctrico (por ejemplo, AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).Se necesita a alguien de pensamiento analítico, resolutivo, con atención al detalle, colaborativo, buena comunicación, adaptabilidad, con iniciativa y sentido de la seguridad e integridad.Sobre Nosotros Climate17 es una empresa internacional de contratación especializada en Energías Renovables y Sostenibilidad, con un propósito claro.
