Head of Health & Safety - FM Service Provider - City of London - Up to £70,000 per annum CBW are currently recruiting for a Head of Health & Safety to join a well-established organisation in London. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the effective management of Health, Safety, Environmental, Wellbeing & Quality (HSEQW) across the business. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with all HSEQW policies and procedures, including implementing and continuously improving Safe Systems of Work and Safe Operating Procedures.
The role is primarily office-based, with flexibility for hybrid working.
Standard working hours are 08:00 – 17:00. The successful candidate will travel to various sites across London to conduct health and safety inspections and audits. Mobilisation Manager - Leading FM Provider - London/Kent based - up to 65K Due to growth and new contract wins, one of our key clients are looking to recruit a mobilisation manager to be based out of their Dartford office. The main purpose of the role will be to assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of contract mobilisations across a number of commercial and residential clients. These will include commercial offices, health and healthcare. The contracts will be mainly based in the London and South East areas and the manager will be responsible for ensuring all operational, commercial, financial, health and safety, compliance, and resource requirements are in place for a smooth transition from contract award to handover to the operational delivery team. The key duties of the role are as follows:Mobilisation, planning and delivery of new contract awards.In depth understanding of key contract elements.Develop and manage detailed mobilisation plans using allocated systems. Ensure all milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.Coordinate contract handovers from bid/tender teams to operational delivery teams.Working with engineering teams to drive efficiencies across existing portfolio.Updating asset and PPM schedule’s on contract renewals.Stakeholder management.Act as the primary point of contact for clients during mobilisation phase.Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Applicants for the role must be able to meet the following criteria:Relevant engineering or building service qualification/ experience.Proven experience in mobilisation, project management and contract setup within building maintenance / facilities management.Strong knowledge of UK compliance requirements (e.g.

Mobile Chiller Engineer - FM service provider - London & M25 - Paying Up to £60,000 + Package CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Chiller Engineer to work on behalf of an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration company based in SE London/Kent.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Chiller Engineer with NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, F-Gas Category, City & Guilds 2079, or equivalent and a have strong understanding in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial chiller systems.
As the Chiller Engineer you will be required to attend a number of commercial sites, Universities, Hospitals and offices covering London & SE, where you will carry out PPM on diverse chiller systems, including air-cooled, water-cooled, absorption, and adiabatic chillers, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
You will be self-motivated, technically proficient, customer-focused, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Key ResponsibilitiesPreventative Maintenance (PPM): Conduct routine preventative maintenance on diverse chiller systems, including air-cooled, water-cooled, absorption, and adiabatic chillers, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults efficiently and accurately, performing effective repairs on components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, control systems, pumps, and pipework.Carry out F-Gas leak detection, recovery, and recharging in strict compliance with current F-Gas regulations and environmental standards.Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements, advising clients on best practices and potential upgrades.Liaise professionally and directly with clients, providing clear explanations of work carried out, identifying any further required works, and building strong working relationships.Complete accurate service reports, timesheets, expense submissions, and other administrative tasks promptly and efficiently, utilizing mobile technology.Adhere strictly to all company and site-specific health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota for emergency breakdowns as required which is currently every 14 weeks.Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians or apprentices when appropriate.
