Lead Engineer – FM Service Provider – London Bridge – £57,000 per annum CBW are working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to oversee engineering operations across a small portfolio of prestigious commercial buildings in the London Bridge area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer with previous leadership experience to take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering delivery across several high-specification commercial properties.
You’ll lead and support the on-site engineering team, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Acting as a key technical point of contact, you’ll work closely with the management team to maintain building performance, ensure statutory compliance, coordinate specialist subcontractors and provide technical support to the engineering team.
