The successful candidate will also work closely with the on-site Electrical Supervisor to ensure smooth coordination of all M&E activities across the estate.Additional responsibilities include managing reactive mechanical maintenance, attending client meetings, compiling reports, supervising staff, and managing sub-contractors.This role is predominantly hands-off, with approximately 75% of the role being laptop-based, focused on supervision, planning, compliance, and reporting rather than tool-based duties.The position includes participation in a 1-in-9 call-out rota, and there is plenty of overtime available.Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with flexibility to adjust to 09:00–18:00 or 07:00–16:00 if required.
