They deliver innovative supply chain solutions across air, ocean, road and contract logistics, placing customer service and operational excellence at the heart of everything they do.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Export professional to join a global organisation offering a fast-paced and rewarding working environment.The RoleAs an Air Export Operator, you will play a key role in coordinating international export shipments, ensuring documentation is completed accurately, customs requirements are met, and customers receive a first-class service throughout the shipping process.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage air export shipments from booking through to departurePrepare Air Waybills (AWBs), export declarations and all required shipping documentationComplete and submit customs documentation in line with export regulationsLiaise with customers, Control Towers, airlines and internal departments to provide shipment updatesTrack and monitor shipments, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and professionallyMaintain accurate shipment records and operational dataEnsure compliance with customs legislation, aviation security requirements and company proceduresDeliver excellent customer service while managing multiple shipments and deadlinesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced Air Export professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.
