As the Physiotherapist your key responsibilities include:
Lead and manage a team of therapists, ensuring high standards of patient care and professional development
Oversee the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of outpatients, with a focus on MSK and orthopaedic conditions, ensuring evidence-based practice and the highest level of clinical care.
Skills and experience in breast care is highly advantageous
Act as a clinical expert and mentor, supporting the team in complex clinical decision-making, delivery of supervision and teaching will be required regularly
Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Outpatient Physiotherapy Services, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment management
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure safe and efficient service delivery in the outpatient setting
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Outpatient Department, implementing quality improvement initiatives as needed
Manage departmental budgets and contribute to financial planning and reporting

Significant post-qualification experience, including experience in a senior or leadership role within outpatient services
Demonstrable expertise in managing outpatient physiotherapy services, with a strong background in MSK and orthopaedics
Strong clinical skills with experience managing complex cases across MSK and orthopaedic specialities
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
The successful Physiotherapist will receive an excellent salary of £49,000 - £51,000 per annum.

Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift - ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines - identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively
Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Good Nursing Experience
Excellent Clinical Skills
Able to write Care Plans
Able to show Empathy and warmth
Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc.
You will carry out admissions
Delegate duties to junior staff
Provide excellent nursing care
The successful Nurse for this position will receive an excellent salary of £23.50 per hour and the annual salary of £53,768 per annum.
We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
