We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a brand-new commercial building operating within a pharmaceutical environment, housing three tenanted floors. This is a sole engineer role, making it ideal for a self-sufficient, experienced professional who is comfortable managing their own workload and taking ownership of the site. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the mechanical and fabric disciplines, covering all landlord services within this modern, high-specification building.
