While the main base is in Ealing, additional sites include Brentford, Uxbridge, Oxford, and Reading, which will be visited on an ad-hoc basis via a pool car. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading companies in the facilities industry. They currently maintain a number of high end maintenance contracts in and around Central London and are looking for an experienced Account Director to head up one of their long standing and most coveted contracts.
There is an excellent relationship with the client and the contract has recently been signed on a long term arrangement. The main purpose of the job will be to ensure that operational and technical operations are maintained to a very high standard and also contractual obligations are met. The total value of the contract is around the £5 million mark and the teams on site consists of around 30 staff. Maintenance Supervisor - Leading M&E Service Provider - Victoria – 55K One of the leading maintenance contractors is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a high profile contract based in Victoria. The buildings house a mix of commercial, residential and retails areas could be described as a unique place to work. On site the contractor covers all landlord and tenant areas on the contract and the client expects a very high level of service delivery. The role is very much a working supervisor with a fair amount of hands-on involvement and will be looking after a team of one engineer and an administrator. The supervisor will also be responsible for all day to day maintenance activities on site, managing the planned and reactive maintenance schedules, attending client meetings, compiling reports, supervision of staff and managing sub-contractors. The role will be working Monday to Friday, day shift and the hours are 8-5 and there will also be overtime and weekend work available as and when required. Mechanical Lead Engineer – Stratford, London – FM Service Provider - £50,000 per annum CBW is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Lead Engineer to be based at a large, modern estate in the Stratford area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established on-site engineering team, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Lead Engineer will be part of a team of 10 engineers, supervising one direct report while supporting the wider team.
The role operates on a rotating early and late shift pattern (7:00am–3:00pm / 10:00am–6:00pm).
The position is split approximately 60% administrative duties and 40% hands-on mechanical maintenance, combining leadership responsibilities with practical involvement on site.
