Salary: £20,475–£21,475 per year
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream school in Crowborough.

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term position, starting immediately.

You will support pupils in their learning and help create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Working alongside the class teacher, you’ll help deliver activities, encourage pupils’ confidence and independence, and provide support to individuals or small groups as needed.

You’ll be patient, approachable and committed to helping children thrive.

You should communicate well, work effectively as part of a team and be ready to adapt to pupils’ individual needs.

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting would be an advantage.
