We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to work in Parcel Sortation to join our team in Lutterworth.

You don’t need previous experience – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting Parcels across both inbound and outbound departments
• Loading and unloading parcels
• Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided)
• Operating pump trucks and pulling cages
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Working with your team to hit daily targets

• Able to work on your feet and lift items (within safe manual handling limits)
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment
• A team player who communicates well
• Flexible and able to follow instructions
• Punctual, with a good work ethic
• Able to commit to full time shifts
• Able to travel to and from site for your shifts (the site is located in Magna Park in Lutterworth)
