Class 1 Driver

Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver - Clean trunking to RDC's
Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: £17.39 to £25.81 p/h + £150 sign up bonus
Shifts: 7 day operation (various start times available)
Driver: Class 1
Experience: 12 months Class 1 essential

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team and play a vital role in keeping the supply chain moving.

Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time or flexible shifts – we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Trunking work to RDC's (no handballing)
  • Safely operate Class 1 vehicles on planned routes
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete relevant paperwork
  • Follow all driving laws and company procedures
  • Represent the company professionally at client sites
What You Need:
  • A valid UK HGV Class 1 Licence
  • A current UK Driver CPC (DCPC) card
  • A valid Digital Tachograph card
  • Up to 6 points accepted on licence (No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements)
  • A professional attitude and good communication skills
    • You must be a UK resident to be considered for this opportunity.
