Teach South Kent is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work within secondary schools in the Robertsbridge area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent.

You’ll supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, support students with their learning, and help create a positive and purposeful classroom environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young people in a school, youth, childcare or similar setting
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A calm, confident and professional approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with students
• Reliability, flexibility and a genuine interest in education
• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is desirable, but not essential
