Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 + Full Benefits Package

Well established Managed Service Provider are immediately seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their expanding team.

Their clients range from both public sector and private sector clients, with a very wide range of issues from Windows O/S, Windows Server, hardware, and networking/cybersecurity etc.

All successful candidates, regardless of skillset and experience level, start as a firstline support analyst in order to become accustomed to the wide range of issues dealt with, as well as the stringent process/methodology of dealing with client calls.

Technically, candidates must ideally possess good skills in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2025, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, as well as exposure to networking (LANs / WANs / VPNs / TCP/IP / Firewalls,etc), cybersecurity skills etc.

There is no expectation that you possess all these skills, but a good complement of them would be appreciated.

The skills that you do not possess can be an opportunity to learn these new technologies in the two hours per week that are given to personal learning.

Candidates from a MSP background, or Education School/Academy multi-site operational environment (who would be accustomed to a wide variety of technical problems, both software and hardware related) would be highly preferable.

However, candidates from an internal support role would also be considered.

Strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for technology, and yearning to learn new technologies are a pre-requisite for this role.
