Cleaning Operative
Location: Waltham Abbey, EN9
Reporting To: Night Shift Team Leader
Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shift Options: 6:00am – 9:00am or 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
About the Role
Centric Talent is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our client's established cleaning team based at their busy warehouse facility in Waltham Abbey.
Our client is one of the UK's leading distributors of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products, supplying major retailers nationwide.

They are looking for a hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Operative, your duties will include:

• Cleaning office areas to a high standard.
• Maintaining communal areas, including toilets, corridors, and canteen facilities.
• Emptying waste bins and disposing of rubbish appropriately.
• Cleaning and maintaining the showroom area.
• General cleaning around the warehouse (primarily required on the 6:00am – 9:00am shift).
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed in line with health and safety standards.

• Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• A reliable and punctual approach with a strong work ethic.
