Where you’ll be working
This executive leadership position oversees medical services across two primary hospital sites servicing a population of approximately 116,000.

You will provide specialist medical leadership to a network that includes a 348-bed regional hospital, a dedicated community hospital, and a comprehensive integrated cancer centre.

The clinical environment is broad and high-functioning, featuring an eight-bed ICU, busy emergency departments, and extensive sub-specialty outpatient services.

As EDMS, you will be the primary strategist for medical workforce planning and patient safety, working within a multidisciplinary executive team to promote continuous improvement and whole-of-system clinical delivery.

Salary
Base salary ranges from $216,300 to $310,389 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.

This executive package includes a 35% allowance in lieu of private practice, a 20% recruitment and retention allowance, and a management allowance.

You will also receive either a fully maintained private plated motor vehicle or an annual allowance of $28,786.

Additional benefits include salary packaging (up to $9,010 for living expenses and $2,650 for meals), generous relocation and accommodation support, and access to a fitness passport. 

The estimated total package ranges from approximately $385,000 to $520,000+ per annum depending on seniority and applicable award increments.

Requirements  

Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA), or equivalent
