Locum GP/Anaesthetist

The Job
Setting: Regional Hospital, with a high volume of patients.

This hospital has over 150 beds and offers a wide range of services including emergency care, maternity services and general surgery to its local population. 
Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm plus oncall.

Shifts vary from theatre lists to on-call duties, depending on the roster. 
Rate: Daily rate from $3400, higher rates apply for urgent shifts
Provisions: Accommodation provided and travel up to $800 reimbursed (flights or mileage only).

Where you’ll be working
You will be locuming in a beautiful coastal town situated about 3.5 hours north of Sydney.

This region offers a diverse array of leisure activities set amid stunning natural surroundings.

When not on shift, you can explore the rugged beauty of local national parks and take a walk along the scenic coastline.

For a relaxed day out, take a scenic drive through the valley, visit local wineries or stop at the farmers' markets for fresh produce.

Round out your downtime with a round of golf, a swim at the leisure centre, or a visit to the art gallery to take in local culture. 

Requirements  

• Current Specialist registration with AHPRA
• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural & Remote Medicine (FACRRM), or Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA)
