Pump Engineer – FM Service Provider – London (Foot Mobile) – £48,000 to £54,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider based in London.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Pump Specialist Engineer to work across seven high-end residential buildings, the majoity of which are in the Canary Wharf area with one being in South West London.

The successful candidate will have a strong proven track record in servicing, repairing, and fault-finding on pumps, degassers, BCWS sets and pressurisation units.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £54,000, overtime and further technical training.

Package & Working Hours

• Servicing, maintenance and fault-finding on:
  
  
  • Pressurisation units: IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo
    
    
  • Degassers: IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo
    
    
  • LTHW & CHW pumps: Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara
    
    
  • BCWS pump sets: Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara
    
    
• Carrying out pump repairs, replacements and system remediation.
  
  
• Diagnosing complex issues across pump and pressurisation plant.
  
  
• Supporting closed-loop and domestic water systems when necessary.
  
  
• Completing service and maintenance reports.
  
  
• General mechanical plant support across sites.
  
  

• Strong experience with pumps, pressurisation units, degassers, and BCWS sets.
  
  
• Mechanical/plant background with solid fault-finding skills.
  
  
• Experience working across LTHW/CHW systems.
  
  
• Ability to carry out plant repairs and replacements.
  
  
• Full UK driving licence (foot mobile but may require occasional vehicle use).
  
  
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturers such as Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara, IMI and Flamco.
