This well-established firm, based in Aylesbury Vale, is looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their close-knit team.

• Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Supporting in the preparation of management accounts
• Preparing VAT returns and assisting with tax computations
• Liaising directly with clients and HMRC
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects and client advisory work

• Ideally AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA (study support available)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g.
  
  Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
• Keen to progress and take on more responsibility over time
