What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the lettings team with marketing and administrative tasks
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process

• Previous experience in residential lettings or a strong sales/customer service background
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, well-presented, and highly organised
• Ideally a car driver with access to a vehicle (not essential)
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in property

• Competitive OTE of £40,000–£45,000
