Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Data entry
  • Taking telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Inbound and outbound email and telephone communications
  • Maintaining stock data on the Warehouse Management System
  • Maintaining records and creating reports 
This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.
