We are looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to care for a young client with complex health needs.

This role involves personal care, school drop-offs/pick-ups, and day outings, so a driver with access to a vehicle is essential.
 
Job Details:
Hours: Flexible shifts available
Monday – Sunday: 06:45 – 16:30 or 15:00 – 22:15
Pay: £15 - £16 per hour
Location: Clydach, Wales
Contract: Zero-hour
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily support
• Drive the client to school and outings
• Administer medication and monitor health
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and family

• Experience in care is essential
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• UK driving license and own vehicle required
