Job Title: Cerebral Palsy Support Worker
Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
About the Role:
Join our team to support a young individual with cerebral palsy who is non-verbal, uses a wheelchair, and requires assistance with a PEG feeding system.

You will provide 2:1 care.
Working Hours:

• Currently seeking support workers for two 12-hour night shifts per week.
• Also looking for a team member for Saturday day shifts.
• More shifts will be available in the coming months as the client prepares for surgery and will need post-operative care.
• Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Provide personalized care routines.
  • Must have experience with PEG feeding.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal prep.
  • Administer medication and monitor health.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain accurate care records and report changes in the client's condition.
  • Work with healthcare professionals and family to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
