With several homes across the county, we are looking for skilled and reliable Agency Care Workers to join our team and support our clients with high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
• Support with mobility, transfers, and the use of any necessary equipment.
• Promote residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in a resident’s condition.
• Work as part of a dedicated team, liaising with other healthcare professionals where required.
• Follow all care plans and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Offer support during long day shifts, waking nights, and sleep-in shifts, depending on your availability.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a UK-based care role.
• A compassionate and caring attitude towards vulnerable adults.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
