Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work from Kettering for our client who is one of the UKs leading catalogue retailers. 

  • New Pass Drivers Welcome
  • Pay rates start at £18.50 p/h
  • Earn up to £39.00p/h
  • Guaranteed shifts
Before you apply for this role, you must be able to answer YES to all the questions below: 
  • Do you have your Class 1 Driving Licence? 
  • Do you have an up-to-date Tacho Digi Card and an up-to-date DCPC Card?
    • We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

    HGV Class 1 Driver - Role & Responsibilities: 
    • Driving a fully branded HGV Class 1 vehicle (brand new, well-maintained units)
    • 1-2 store deliveries per drop
    • Cage work - manual handling
    HGV Class 1 Driver - Working Hours:
    • Fixed guaranteed rotas
      • Tuesday to Saturday
      • Sunday to Thursday
    • 02:00 - 03:00 start times
