Sirona Medical are currently looking for an Advanced Practitioner in the Merton, Greater London area
Pay rate : 40.50 per hour

The three main strands of the post are to be allocated social worker to children and young people, line manage up to 5 Social Work Apprentices and take on the role of being their work-based mentor/educator.

We would want the post holder to be a qualified Practice Educator

Main duties and reponsibilities
-Working with children, young people and their families
-Effective practice, developing and assessing
-Reporting and accurate recording
-Information, advice and signposting
-Leadership
-Managing risk and safeguaring
