Health care Assistant

Location: Bexhill
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Are you a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with experience in advanced clinical care? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and provide high-quality support to patients requiring complex care in their own homes.

Requirements:

  • Clinical skills: Experience with PEG, tracheostomy, NIV, and oxygen therapy is essential.
  • Driver: Must have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a clinical setting
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centred approach
Shift Pattern:
  • Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Regular shifts providing stability and work-life balance
