Ignition Driver Recruitment is looking for a Transport Administrator in Glasgow to work for one of the UK's best known high end retail chains. 

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a busy transport office is essential. 

What does being a Transport Administrator mean?

  • Located within a busy warehouse/transport office 
  • Providing start times to driver
  • Debriefing drivers 
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Data Entry 
  • Printing, Scanning and Filing
  • Other admin duties as required 

Shift times & working hours for an Transport Administrator: 
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Every 2nd/3rd weekend required 
  • Backshift
    • 12:00 - 20:00
