Centric Talent is currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors for one of the UK's best-known retailers of sporting goods.

This client has a huge presence in the Shirebrook location and provides exciting employment opportunities for thousands of people every day. 

They are looking for people with experience in the Customer Services sector to join their specialist Customer Service team. 

Customer Service Advisors - Working Hours/Pay:

Fully office based role 
Full Time 40 hours Perm Week - Permanent contract 
5 Shifts over 7 (will include weekends on a rota)
Rotational shift pattern 8am-5pm and 11am - 8pm, weekends 9am - 6pm. 
8 Week rota supplied 
Salary £23.920 pa 
 
Working as a Customer Services Advisor:

The role of Customer Service Advisor is super-fast-paced - you need to be able to think on your feet and you should enjoy a varied and exciting role, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Team Leader you will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, so you should be energeticempathetic and able to deal with a variety of different people.

You will be required to manage contact through various channels, including telephone calls, web chat and social media platforms, so your grasp of spoken and written English should be very good.

Resolving customer issues and queries will see you dealing with other departments across the business, including the local stores, couriers & delivery drivers and also the big warehouse to provide your customer with full updates as and when anything changes.


The Key Responsibilities for our Customer Service Advisors:


  • Provide customers with the highest standards of Customer Service
  • Log, record, and resolve customer queries and issues in an efficient and professional manner across all functions within the business.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints and liaise with various departments, creating rapport with Store management and other departmental functions to reach best resolutions and through that, actively promote best practice.
  • Act on customer feedback to recover potentially lost customers and/or resolve concerns.
  • As we have mentioned, you will need to have an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
  • Previous Customer Service experience in an office-based environment is required for this role.
  • IT and Computer literate is essential for this position.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written is essential.  
  • Your attention to detail must be on point, and this role will need someone who is calm under pressure, and who can multi-task whilst also thinking out of the box to achieve the best resolution for the customer.
