Ignition Driver Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver trainer in Manchester.

Our Client is a national chilled and ambient logistics provider.

Providing nationwide dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions

Please note previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Responsibilities & Duties for Driver Trainer: 

  • Develop and implement tailored driver training programmes.
  • Evaluate programmes regularly, staying updated on industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to customise solutions.
  • Monitor metrics, maintain records, and promote safety culture.
  • Address training-related inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Conduct Driving Assessments
  • Carry out inductions/site SSOWS
  • Drivers Licence Checks
  • Excellent knowledge of the WTD/Drivers hours
  • Carry out Tacho workshops/ Driver counselling

The Shift times & working hours:
  • Monday to Friday – Flexibility may be required
